Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sun Hydraulics BDD OKV4-AD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trw-/-Mack products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Timken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trw-/-Mack such as the AS2708 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VPS10W manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48290 by Manufacturer Timken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thompson Brand 64118541C958 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 4814M40E equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42314313E969 made by Thompson as well as the popular EX3316 original spares produced by Tb-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NTR42005T by Thompson and 4814M40E spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 453X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken.
